The Sofrito Diaries: ... is a Puerto Rican mother of two, business woman by day and a kitchen philosopher by night. If I had to describe myself to you, the Reader (my friend, my critic,and my partner in this journey) I'd tell you this; I am a fusion of many passions but yet I am my own.
